I get paid tomorrow. You know what this means? Let me make a list of the things I haven’t been able to do for the past month that I’m going to do beginning tomorrow:

  • Grocery Shopping: Starting with the essentials, I’ll be buying milk, meat, cheese, vegetables and tofu.
  • Fill up my tank: Eventually I have to go to Louisville to visit my family. Plus, I plan on doing a fair amount of driving once Justin gets in town, so I’ll probably put a little gas in my car while it’s still cheaper here in Lexington. Current gas price? I saw $3.87 the other day.
  • Develop pictures: I have about three rolls that I’m putting on CDs. I can’t wait!
  • Pay utilities: It would suck if we had our water shut off. Or our electricity.
  • Deposit the rest into savings: Yes, it’s about time I start thinking about my financial future. The real world is a scary place, kids. Since I basically spent it all in California, it’s about time I start saving up for that time after I graduate.

I’m so excited to have money again. So wait for it. I’ll have pictures up here in no time.

In other news, 11 more days until I get to see Justin. Two more newspapers. 11 short days. I can’t wait. While I realize this is going to be tough, as the days fly by, I realize that I shouldn’t rush it. I have so much to enjoy right now, so much to savor. I don’t want to lose sight of that. These visits will be far and few, but we’ll have to make the most of them. With the first one less than two weeks away, I’m already thinking of things to do.

However, I’m taking recommendations. What do you think of the Gorge?

The Gorge is a brilliant idea. Bring your camera. I want to see pictures. :)
