Eastern Kentucky Project

For the past year, I’ve visited Eastern Kentucky several times. Be it for an assignment, on a workshop or visiting friends, I’m constantly being pulled to Eastern Kentucky. It’s where I discovered my love of people, photography and the beauty of Kentucky. Some of the kindest, most giving people live in Eastern Kentucky. It’s full of adventure and beauty.

I hope to make this into a long term project that I can carry with me as I mature in my photography and career. Here’s a sample of what I have so far.

I’m missing a great deal of pictures, either due to lost cards or photos that just haven’t made their way from the computers at school to my computer in California. This is truly a project on pause, and I plan on jumping right back into it when I return to Kentucky. I know the photos I want, and I can’t wait to find those photos in between
